FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: principal parts of granulator are perforated matrix 1, roller 2, hopper 6 and means for return of spilled material. The latter has belt of antifriction material mounted with tension and shoe 8 also produced from antifriction material. Presence of belt attached to shoe 8 prevents loss of material and ensures full return of spilled material into hopper 6. Evaporation of moisture contained in material when it is heated in process of pressing is also excluded as well as jamming of it between belt roller. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, efficiency and improved quality of granules. 3 cl, 3 dwg
