FIELD: equipment for working powdered materials under pressure, possibly manufacture of building materials in mining and other branches of industry, processing waste of different productions. SUBSTANCE: in housing of press rolls with bands are mounted in parallel for mutually opposite rotation. On outer surface of roll bands there are groove-dent type shaping cells. Guiding arc-shaped plates surround outer surface of each roll; said plates are jointly mounted in housing with possibility of angular and linear motions relative to mounting assemblies. Material gripping angle is to be in range 5 - 20 degrees. Lateral pieces are rigidly mounted on housing for preventing shift of material from zones of pressing action; said lateral pieces form together with rolls narrowed ducts communicating with charging bin. Guiding arc-shaped plates are joined with rollers adjoined to them and embraced by endless belt. Axes of said rollers are parallel relative to axes of rolls and they are arranged lower than guiding arc-shaped plates and form constant gap between rollers and shaping cells. Under interroll space of press in housing vibration-compaction apparatus having plates jointly connected one with another is rigidly mounted. In upper portion of each roll cleaning combs with cutters are mounted along line tangential relative to annular recess-troughs. Said cutters are joined with roller tables placed in housing at upper portion of each roll. EFFECT: increased time period for separating gaseous phase out of pressed material, lowered energy consumption, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of press. 3 cl, 4 dwg
