FIELD: nuclear engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has automatic regulator. N transducers and shield have identical generators of automatic regulation signal with limited output signal. In addition device has power amplifier of channel for automatic regulation. N rectifiers having given gain ratio and two adders which are functionally connected are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Additional introduced threshold element, which generates signal for inhibition of reactance increase, provides more effective processing of reactance decrease signal by channel for automatic regulation. EFFECT: increased security of nuclear reactor without increase of number of automatic regulators. 2 cl, 1 dwg
