METHOD AND APPARATUS TO CONTROL QUALITY OF PIPES PRESSING IN Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of pipes pressing in quality control is realized in apparatus, in which connected in series sensor of tension, first threshold member and power amplifier allow to fix instant of sending signal to blast explosive charge. Usage of current sensor allows to get signal, that is proportional to discharging current. Use of in series connected current sensor and second threshold member provides fixation of signal appearance instant. Successive connection of trigger circuit and coincidence circuit is exercised so, that input of trigger circuit is connected to output of power amplifier and first input of coincidence circuit is connected to input of second threshold member. It allows to have interval of time between sending signal to blast explosive charge and instant of appearance of comparison current signal of the time interval with given value. If value of the time interval is less than given one, then it marks, that pipes pressing in is of poor quality. Method and apparatus allows to increase trustworthiness of control and reliability of equipment operation and as a result of it - to increase quality of pipes pressing in and to decrease number of pipes gratings to be sent back for additional hydraulic tests. EFFECT: increase of reliability of control and trustworthiness of electrohydropulsed apparatus operation in pipes pressing in processes. 1 cl, 2 dwg
