METHOD AND APPARATUS TO CONTROL QUALITY OF PIPES COUPLING IN PROCESS OF ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC PULSED PRESSING IN Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of pipes pressing in quality control provides in fixation of time interval, during which voltage of collector decreases by given value. In case the interval is less, than given value, then pipes coupling is of poor quality. Apparatus to realize the method has sensor of voltage, first threshold member, first former of signal by given signal rear front, trigger circuit, coincidence circuit, in series connected second threshold member and second former of signal by given signal rear front. Output signals of trigger circuit and second former of signal by given rear front are fed to inputs of coincidence circuit. Coincidence circuit output is connected with input of apparatus control system. During discharge signal from voltage sensor output is fed to inputs of first and second threshold members. Then selection of pulses with duration less than given one takes place. The procedure allows with high degree of trustworthiness to extract abnormal modes of explosion and to determine pipes couplings of poor quality. EFFECT: increase of control quality trustworthiness of pipes coupling by electrohydropulsed apparatus pressing in operation. 2 cl, 5 dwg
