SUBSTANCE: artificial heart ventricle has case 1, cap 7, diaphragm 9 with Y-shaped annular collar 10, elastic seam-free chamber 15 fixed onto the surface 16 of case 1 and diaphragm 9, and shell 17 made of elastic material and fastened to the collar to form cavity 22 which communicates with branch pipe 8 for pneumatic drive. When artificial heart ventricle operates, gas pressures in cavity 22 and pneumatic chamber 24 have practically equal values to blood pressure in chamber 15. As a result, load for Y-shaped element 27 of collar is reduced and serviceability of the diaphragm increases. EFFECT: reduced traumatism of blood. 2 cl, 2 dwg
