FIELD: medical engineering, for partial or full replacement of function of ventricle of the heart. SUBSTANCE: artificial ventricle of the heart has cover 1 with connection pipe 2 for pneumatic drive, housing 3 having inlet and outlet pipes, camera 6, diaphragm 7 and pneumatic camera 8. Washer 9 is mounted in connection pipe 2. Spiral grooves 13 are carried out on inside surface 10 of housing 3 from its top 11 to base 12. One wall of camera 6 is connected to surface 10 and forms with grooves 13 cavities 14, other one is connected to diaphragm 7. Cavities 14 are coupled with connected pipe 2 in front of washer 9 by means of pipeline 15. In order to sprinkle better walls of camera 6 connected pipes are directed under angle towards base 12, and part of their inside surfaces is tangent to surface 10. In order to prevent turbulization and to secure undertwisting the blood flow in the phase of blood delivery grooves 13 are twisted clockwise, in consequence the directions of blood rotation in camera 6 are coincided in phases of suction and forcing. EFFECT: reduced thrombogenesis owing to twisting the blood flow in ventricle.
