FIELD: organic chemistry, organophosphorus compounds. SUBSTANCE: products: O-alkyl-S-[(N-acyl-N-carbalkoxyalkyl) aminomethyl] methyl - thiophosphonates of the general formula CH₃-P(RO)(S)-S-CH₂-N(Acyl)-A-C(O)-OR′, where R - CH₃ or C₂H₅; R′and H,CH₃, C₂H₅; A - CH₂, (CH₂)₂,CH(CH₃); Acyl - C(O)OR″, CH₃-5-C(S)₂,R″=CH₃,C₂H₅; iso-C₃H₇, iso-C₄H₉, CH₂C₆H₅; R′′′=CH₃,C₂H₅,4=CH₃-C₆H₄. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of equimolar mixture of O-alkylmethyldithiophosphonic acid, paraform and N-acylaminocarboxylic acid alkyl ester with gaseous HCl. The latter is passed through mixture indicated above in the medium of inert solvent (preferably in methylene chloride, chloroform or toluene) at 0-(-5) C up to saturation following by removal of HCl excess. Under these conditions process can be carried out in a single reactor, number of stages is diminished by 3, use of inflammable solvents is excluded.
