FIELD: fertilizer production. SUBSTANCE: fertilizer has alkaline and alkaline-earth metal chlorides and magnesium oxide as melted granules. Granules have also boron at the ratio boron : magnesium = 1:(30-100). Method of fertilizer producing involves mixing melted depleted electrolyte of magnesium electrolyzers and dehydration slime followed by granulation of melted mixture. Boron is added before granulation in smelt as a crystalline substance. Prepared fertilizer is used on the soddy podzolic soils. EFFECT: increased productivity. 3 cl, 2 tbl
