FIELD: hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic distributor has housing 1, pressure passage 2, working passage 3 and return passage 4, cylindrical spool valve 5 with tappet 6 mounted in cylindrical bore 7 through seals 8 and 9, spring chamber 10 with spring 11, bush 12, first connecting passage provided in cylindrical spool valve 5 in form of axial passage 13 and two rows of radial passages 14 which are in communication with first passage and second connecting passage made in form of holes 15 in bush 12. Spool valve 5 is provided with flexible seal 16 which makes it possible to hermetically disconnect working passage 3 from spring chamber 10 which is in communication with return passage 4 when working passage 3 is brought in communication with pressure passage 2.
