FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: after reception of code signal of limiting incoming traffic signal blocking commutation is formed. After reception of call signal automatic telephone exchange forms and transmits simultaneously signal of simulation of subscriber's reply and signal of inquiry of number of calling subscriber. The latter is received at automatic telephone exchange of calling subscriber where signal of number of calling subscriber is formed and transmitted and signal of refusal of establishment of connection is formed by termination of transmission of signal simulating subscriber's reply. Code signal limiting incoming traffic is formed when connection between calling and receiving subscribers is established if call of the latter is ill-intentioned number of calling subscriber is memorized at automatic telephone exchange of the caller as signal of nonpriority number.
