SUBSTANCE: calling subscriber establishing one-way connection to Internet bypassing instruments and switching units of telephone exchange, both group and individual ((subscriber s line equipment) ones, is connected to input of digital system such as to input of IP-NETWORK gate which renders advanced services to subscriber. Proposed method and device make it possible to use equipment of all types and modifications at telephone exchange including analog, quasielectronic, and digital ones.
