FIELD: manufacture of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has uprights 1 and 2 secured to floor of shop and rule 3 laid on these uprights. Contour of rule corresponds to theoretical contour of article and its axial plane is matched with axis of unit to be assembled (spar). Besides that, assembly holes are made in the rule at pitch of 200 mm perpendicularly to its plane with datum surface on wing structural plane and axis of end rib. Rule 3 is fixed on upright 1 by means of bolts and bushes locked in upright by quickly hardening mixture. Rule 3 has one degree of freedom on upright 2 in way of probable temperature deformation. To this end, guides are secured on rule 3 in parallel with direction of temperature deformation and bushes are secured in uprights by means of quickly hardening mixture. Rule 3 is connected to upright 2 by means of bolts. Mounted on rule 3 are locking-unlocking units 12 and 13, supports 14 and 15, conductors and retainers. Supports are provided with stops for locking the wall and booms of spar. For securing the upper spar boom on supports 14, swivel retainers are mounted which are made according to contour of upper spar boom.
