FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has holder 3 with punch 1 and holder 34 with punch 32. Holder 34 is connected to support 27 by a ball joint which is made in the form of a part of a torus located on the end of the bearing projection and the torus cavity made in second holder 34. A hole is also made in holder 34, a rod is mounted in the hole. The rod axis passes through the center of the ball joint perpendicularly to the base of the device. Slots of equal thickness facing each other are made along the axis of the hole in the vertical plane in the holder and the rod. A spring is mounted in the cavity of these slots. Moreover, holder 3 is mounted on side faces of a guide with a nominal clearance. EFFECT: improved article quality. 4 dwg
