SUBSTANCE: device has synchronizer, power amplifier, well transmitting and receiving aerials, high frequency wide-band amplifier, heterodyne and mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier, amplitude detector, emitter follower, filter and test-measuring unit, connected in series. Sync signals transmitter, provided with transmitting aerial, two functional generators and frequency-modulated signal generator are brought into the device additionally. Similar change in frequency of probing signal and signal, generated by heterodyne may be provided in autonomous mode in such a way, that value of intermediate frequency keeps constant in whole range of operation frequencies.
