GAS-OXYGEN CUTTER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: cutting metals. SUBSTANCE: cutter has cutting head with central oxygen passage having cutting jet orifice 3 and collector 5 with ring slot for gas-jet screening and smoke sucker 1 coupled with filter-chamber 8. The filter-chamber 8 is made up as ejector 9 having a cartridge filled with granulated adsorbent. The oxygen passage is connected with the ejector nozzle and ring slot of collector 5 through passages. A slot is made in the head which define a smoke chamber together with the space of collector 5. The smoke chamber is in communication with smoke sucker 7. EFFECT: decreased weight. 8 dwg
