FIELD: gas-flame working of metals, namely gas-oxygen manual and power cutting of metals. SUBSTANCE: cutter includes head whose outlet end adjoins to flat inlet end of mouthpiece; duct for cutting oxygen, ducts for preheating oxygen and for fuel gas provided in head and in mouthpiece. Around annular surface of duct for cutting oxygen in adjoined end surfaces of head and tip there is annular groove in which sleeve is arranged. Said sleeve increases rigidity of joint and provides centering of duct for feeding cutting oxygen relative to its axis in head. Duct for cutting oxygen in mouthpiece is in the form of Laval nozzle. Ratio of critical cross section length to that of diffuser portion of duct for cutting oxygen in mouthpiece is in range 0.06 - 0.19. Flaring angle of diffuser portion of duct for cutting oxygen in mouthpiece is in range 6 - 15 degrees.
