FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves smoothing out and levelling ground damaged due to mining works done, removing stones. Mixture having coal waste materials, wooden saw dust and seeds is prepared on a separate site. The seeds are preliminarily wetted in humic acids preparation inoculated with Azotobacter chroococcum strain K-1 Num. 34.
