FIELD: biological ground recultivation. SUBSTANCE: surface planning is conducted followed by seeds sowing of perennial plants treated by cultures of Azotobacter chroococcum Mut-1 B-35 and Bacillus megaterium KC-1 B-135. Then ground inoculation is conducted by using suspension of bacterial cells of Pseudomonas starin isolated out of grounds of plow-bottom surface at 100x108 cells/ml. The method enables to obtain in a year a rich soil layer being analogous to a natural one with the stable herbage. EFFECT: complete disintegration of phenols and petroleum, improved ground agrochemical properties, humus accumulation and that of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium at available for plants form, higher efficiency of biological ground recultivation as a result of contamination by toxic substances. 3 tbl
