FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: rotatable shaft of the plant is provided with ring baffles interposed between electrodes. The housing is cylindrical. Shutoff devices in the zone of supplying and discharging are made up as plates which are in contact with the rotatable shaft and secured to the housing walls to define an angle which does not exceed 90 deg. The plates are provided with slots for passing the ring baffles. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
