Heat exchangers and direct-flow and reverse-flow partial condensers are interconnected by circuit including pipeline. compressor gasholder and pipeline. When organizing artificial breathing, owing to cooling of gas-vapor mixture and condensing of vapor on partial condenser tubes cooling of all atmosphere and stored product is provided and required pressure in reservoir is maintained. If necessary, process is carried out with heating of atmosphere in heat exchangers and delivering heat carrier onto heat exchangers. EFFECT: no losses of vapors products in storage, filling and emptying of reservoirs, reduced metal usage and length of service lines. 1 dwg
