FIELD: mechanical engineering; automatic control. SUBSTANCE: in case of stalling and surging, voltage is supplied simultaneously to valves 3 and 5. Bypass valve 8 moves upwards, thus increasing bypass of fuel after pump 9 to pump input. Flow of fuel to metering needle 1 is reduced. Pressure differential across sensor 15 and valve 6 gets reduced, and valve 6 moves downwards for closing. After elimination of surging, metering needle 11 restores initial position.
