FIELD: coal and ore mining. SUBSTANCE: the filter is provided with a stop valve. A cover plate and diaphragm are arranged so as to form a diaphragm upper-side space communicating with a pressure chamber by way of a pressure tube and control line. A discharge outlet is connected to a spraying means over a tube. Passages of the spraying means exceed the minute trapped particles in cross section by at least an order of magnitude.
