FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: radio electronic unit has frame with heat-exchanging walls in the form of corrugated panels, functional cells with wedge-shaped thermal connectors provided with distance pieces placed between inclined working surfaces of protruding wedge-shaped parts of thermal connector for reciprocating motion relative to them. Corrugated inserts are put into longitudinal grooves of distance pieces. Sealed reservoirs made from flexible material filled with fusible material are positioned between surfaces of printed circuit boards with electric and radio elements and covers produced from heat conductive material.
