FIELD: radioelectronics. SUBSTANCE: unit has case 1 of two equally shaped sections interconnected over diagonal plane, connector 2 on its rear wall 3, heat-transfer walls 4, 6, 6 made in the form of printed-circuit boards 7 carrying radioelectronic components 8 and connectors 9, functional cells 10 installed in case 1 for thermal contact between its end sides that do not contact connectors and respective heat-transfer walls 4, 5, 6 of case 1 abutting against them; these heat-transfer walls are made in the form of thin-sheet longitudinal wedge-shaped cleats mechanically joined together through their entire length, for example by soldering, through wedge-shaped heat-sink inserts which are, essentially, longitudinal cleats with transverse partitions of respective wedge-shaped uniformly arranged through entire length of cleats. Transverse partitions of heat-sink inserts on coolant supply end have variable-size flanges bent at right angle. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 4 dwg
