FIELD: experimental and applied nuclear physics. SUBSTANCE: device has detector whose output is connected via amplifier-shaper to input of linear pass system and to input of level discriminator whose first output is connected to second input of linear pass system; it also has pulse counter whose output is coupled with storage device and in addition device is provided with CRT oscilloscope unit, mask, light conductor, photodetector, and second amplifier-shaper. Mask and light conductor are installed in series with CRT of oscilloscope unit. Photodetector, second amplifier-shaper, and pulse counter are connected in series; second output of level discriminator is connected with second input of oscilloscope unit.
