FIELD: electronics and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus to fix flat electrical and radio members has two clamps 9, fixed on two rotating shafts 8, mounted on opposite sides in respect to stud fixers 2, and plate 3, used to locate piece 6, that is free-pinned on stud fixers 2. Turning of clamps 9 is exercised by vertical movement of one of pairs of pushers, engaged with inner and outer ends 15 of double armed levers 11, mounted on axis of rotation. Lift of plate 3 with piece 6 is exercised by hooks 10 of catch. Position of catches is fixed by pressing spring 13, that rests on cams 12, stationary fixed on rotating shafts 9.
