FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: equipment for transfer of articles has base 1, immobile rack 2 interacting with ring gear 3, first rotary shaft 4 made fast to ring gear 3, vertical carriage 6 fitted with roller 5 positioned in guides 7 on which second rotary shaft 8 is hinged kinematically coupled to first one with flange 10 fixed on its butt. It is fitted with two protrusions-locators 11 placed diametrically. Plate 13 with through holes 14 accommodating shape of articles is positioned on flange 10 coaxially to second rotary shaft. It also has two sliders loaded with spring 19 in opposition to each other and provided with rollers 20. Bracket 21 with C-shaped grip 22 anchored on each slider. Lateral carriage 23 equipment with rollers 28 positioned diametrically is placed perpendicular to sliders 17. Linear cam 25 interacting with rollers 20 of spring-loaded sliders 17 is anchored on carriage 23. Camshaft 29 with cams 30 and 31 is located under first 4 and second 8 rotary shafts. Cam 30 interacts with roller 5 of vertical carriage 6. Cam 31 interacts with rollers 28 of lateral carriage 23. Besides this first 4 and second 8 rotary shafts are intercoupled with the aid of jaw clutch 32 which casing 33 is registered on first rotary shaft 4. Ratchet wheel 35 is put on second rotary shaft 8. Rotary shafts 4 and 8 are positioned uniaxially. EFFECT: expanded application field. 2 cl, 12 dwg
