FIELD: production of polymers. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass %): product of interaction of oxyalkylated di- or triol or polypropylene- or polybutylene glycol with aliphatic diisocyanate and monohydroxy(meth)acrylate 25-70, solvent 25-70, photoinitiator 1-5. Molecular weight of mentioned above product is 1400-4500, its (meth)acrylic equivalent being 700-800. Said product is dissolved in mentioned above solvent, then photoinitiator is added. Aliphatic, cyclic or cycloaliphatic (meth)acrylate having temperature of glass transition of atactic homopolymer 65-115 C is used as mentioned above solvent.
