FIELD: grinding materials. SUBSTANCE: mill has housing with bottom, pan, and grinding table provided with hub and milling members. The table is mounted inside the housing. The diameter of the hub is equal to the diameter of the ring opening in the table. The hub has the top ring set of ports for supplying a material to be ground and the set of ports for supplying a drying- ventilation agent that underlies the top set. A power apparatus is interposed between the two sets of ports inside the hub. The mill is also provided with separator, deflector, and branch pipes for supplying material and drying-ventilation agent. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
