SUBSTANCE: use of compound having formula , possessing molecular weight 8500- 20000 and in which a1 = 1-4, a2 = 0-4, and a1 + a2 = 4 or 5, b = 30-50, m = 15-20, n = 12-15, p = 25-30, and q = 20-30, as component of counterlayers of triacetatecellulose backing of cinema-photographic materials results in simplified manufacturing of this backing owing to elimination of wax layer application.
