FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: during the processing of the sections at the roots of the paddle blade the abrasive of the sections at the roots of the paddle blade the abrasive bands 1,2 are bent in the plane of their rotation, correspondingly, between the contact surfaces 3a and 4a of copying devices 3 and 4 and back 5a by trough 5б of blade 5. Circumferential oscillating displacements and those relative to abrasive bands 1,2 are given in the cross-section plane of the paddle. In this case second abrasive band 1 and second copying device 3 are taken. This band is contracted by the second copying device from the side of back 5a of blade 5. Second copying device 3 together with the first one are given circumferential oscillating displacements which are exercised relative to common center O of approximating circumferences Ca, Cб of the profiles of back 5a and trough 5б in the cross-section located at the shelf of blade 5. In front of the input and output, conducting 1б and conducted 1a branches of band 1 are bent in the plane of rotation and in the direction perpendicular to it by the angle of β,γ,ε proportional to that of deviation a of the processed profile from the trajectory of its displacement. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the band grinding of conjugations of the crossing profile surfaces. 5 dwg
