SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in the operations of grinding, milling of blades of gas turbine engines. Manufacture of the blades is carried out by machining the workpiece according to the developed control program, which is carried out in several combined processing stages, depending on the allowances, including: the stage of processing the shank and the root area of the blade with its fixation by the feather, the stage of grinding the profile of the feather blade with an abrasive tape, fixing it by the shank and controlling the removal of the metal by changing the tape feed rate or belt rotation speed, or both speeds, the stage of milling the input and output edges of the feather or the entire blade workpiece feather profile according to an adapted path, taking into account measurements of the edge of the feather at each point of the control sections from its back and trough and determining the amount of allowance between control points for smooth joining of the treatment area and non-machined surfaces of the feather and the stage of removal of technological trims at the end of the blade feather according to the control program.

EFFECT: increases the manufacturing accuracy of the blade and reduces the complexity of its manufacture.
