FIELD: manufacture of tubular heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: plant has post 3 with slider 4 mounted on bed and provided with carriage 5. Located on the end of carriage 5 is working member for machining (cutting tool). Table 2 for installation of works in mounted for motion. Welding torch is connected with supply source. Carriage 5 has cross-piece 7 on its end with a set of regulated concentrated weights 8 installed for displacement along cross-piece. Welding torch is attached to end of cross-piece 7 and vibration transducer 11 installed on its body connected with supply source of welding pulsating current. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
