FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: use may be made of engines with non-split reverse ring when engines are secured on pylons. Power plant consists of engine 1 and reverse ring 2 and is provided with articulated immovable rib with doors. During take-off and in flight when ring 2 is in the forward position, cut is closed. During landing, reverse ring 2 moves backward and cut gets open. Control of doors is effected by means of spring-loaded mechanism connected with reverse system. EFFECT: enhanced aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft through creating permanent contour of pylon under all flying conditions due to closing the slit between engine and pylon which is necessary for power plants with reversible slip fairing (ring) over entire perimeter of engine. 2 cl, 8 dwg
