FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: at least two powder cartridges are exploded at time interval ranging from zero to several seconds at cruising flight or simultaneously at critical flying regime. Barrels 7 of powder cartridges 5 and 6 are located at angle of 30 to 60 deg relative to plane of symmetry of fin 17. Angle of inclination of barrels in longitudinal vertical plane is equal to sweep angle of fin 17. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; high safety at ground optimization and tests of barometric systems. 3 cl, 4 dwg
