FIELD: agriculture; dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves production of protein-fat mixture supplemented with bacillichin, vitamins and trace elements. The mixture is emulsified and exposed to high temperature (90-95 C) for 10-20 min, then it is cooled down to the temperature of fermentation process (37-40 C), and mixed with starter (3-10%) based on pure cultures of Bifidobacterium bifidum race 791. After a period of 4-6 h the mixture is cooled down to 4-6 C. EFFECT: higher prophylactic ability; longer shelf life. 1 tbl
