FIELD: aircraft engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with a unit for fastening it to an aircraft made up as a hook and spring-loaded load-carrying member telescopically coupled with the housing. The housing is made up as a flat plate. The telescopic link between the housing and load-carrying member is defined by a clamp that encloses it and mounted at the end of the plate. One of the ends of the spring is secured to the load- carrying member. The other end is secured to the plate of the housing. The units for fastening the spring to the load-carrying member are made up as cantilevers arranged from the side of the clamp. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
