FIELD: radioelectronics; signal-processing devices. SUBSTANCE: input radio signals are converted into surface acoustic waves, stored in the form of sequence of potential pattern lines on acoustic line surface due to sequential line-by-line radiation (using acoustoelectronic interaction). Next simultaneous frame radiation of mentioned zone by short-time electron beam yields fragment of surface acoustic wave field. Its different partial wave fragments distinguished by direction of surface acoustic wave propagation are converted into radio signals by various matched-orientation output converters. EFFECT: improved frequency resolution. 1 dwg
