FIELD: mechanical and chemical treatment of materials. SUBSTANCE: planetary mill has body 1, base 2, guiding mechanism 3 with blades 4, bed 5, friction yoke 6 with damping members 7, drums 10, upper disc 16 with carrier; disc 16 is connected via axles 17 to lower disc 11 which is provided with additional disc 14 with blades. There is also pressing mechanism 21 for drums 10, upper and lower limiting surfaces(24,25), additional support 27 for the above carrier with stand 28 for transmitting energy via rollers 29 from rim 30 fixed on pulley 19, and discharging mechanism 31. There is a combined wheel composed of upper and lower rings 32 and 33 (connected to each other by blades 35), conical ring 34 and replaceable blades 36. The wheel is based on support 38 supported in bearings 39 on axle 13. The mill is also provided with expandable hopper 40 for crushed material mounted relative to the wheel to form slit 41.
