FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: hub 1 has on its outer surface an additional conical surface formed by projections and cavities. Inner conical surfaces of rims are also formed by similar projections and cavities. Rims 4 and 5 are installed on hub 1 for turning until projections of hub conical surfaces align with projections of outer rim conical surface. Made on two diametrically opposite cavities of hub additional conical surface are longitudinal slots over entire width of surface. Turn locks are fitted in slots. Spacer ring has variable width according to wall thickness. Spacer ring adjoins by its end faces to movable seating rings. Interference in mated conical surfaces of hub and rims is provided by internal air pressure in tyres. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fastening the wheel on hub, reduced labour input in servicing, increased safety at tyre mounting and dismounting operations. 6 dwg
