FIELD: sugar industry equipment, that is extraction of sugar from sugar beet chips by column diffusion apparatus. SUBSTANCE: column diffusion apparatus has cylindrical body 1 with processing branch pipes and mounted on body inner surface counter blades, mounted inside the body pipeshaft 5, fixed on pipeshaft along height transportation blades 6, that have upper working surfaces; and in body upper part there are unloading blades 8; located in lower part of body 1 horizontal sieve 9 to separate juice from chips and chute 10 to remove pulp located outside body. Unloading blades 8 are fixed to pipeshaft 5 with shift in respect to transportation blades 6 of last row in direction, that is opposite to their motion at an angle of 15 - 30 dgr. In the case working surface of each unloading blade 8 is inclined to wall of body 1 at angle to horizontal plane of 3 - 10 dgr. Guiding ribs 11 are fixed on it along spiral to treat beet pulp. Ribs 11 are bent in direction, that is opposite to direction of pipeshaft 5 rotation. EFFECT: decreased sugar losses in beet pulp. 4 dwg
