FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: tyre tread has lugs 2 with front thrust surface 3 and rear thrust surface 4 and support surface 5 arranged in between. Front thrust surface 3 is higher than rear thrust surface 4. In section of lug 2 parallel to equatorial plane of tyre, straight line 6 connecting extreme points 1 and 8 of thrust surfaces 3 and 4 in place of its conjugation with smaller height rear thrust surface 4 has with extension 9 to point 8 of radius of tyre casing 1 angle α, exceeding angle α1 but smaller than . Angle α1 depends on radius of tyre casing 1, height and width of conventional lug, thrust surfaces of which are equal, with smaller in height rear thrust surface 4 of lug 2. EFFECT: enhanced operation reliability. 6 dwg
