FIELD: chemical engineering; biopolymer separation. SUBSTANCE: silica is evacuated in ampule at 573 K and 10-3 torr and ozone is let in at the rate of 1 g per 10 g of silica. Holding at room temperature for 5 h and volatile products removal at 200-400 K in vacuum are carried out. Perfluoromonomer (tetrafluorethylene, hexafluorpropylene or its dimmer) is added at the rate of 0,01-0,05 g/m2 of the carrier surface. It is hold until pressure in system stops falling and monomer excess is removed. The ampule is evacuated to 10-3 torr and heated to 605-620 K at the rate 0.5-1.0 deg/min. It is hold at 605-620 K for 15-20 min and cooled to room temperature at the rate of 0.1-0.2 deg/min. EFFECT: higher adsorption capacity. 1 tbl
