FIELD: vacuum engineering; simulators designed for study and tests of optic-electronic and optic-mechanical devices, cryo-optics in particular under vacuum and low temperature conditions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed shield is made in form of flat panel with passages for circulation of cooling agent. Besides that, shield is provided with two thin-walled beaded shells which are tightly interconnected over end edges forming clearance for free circulation of cooling agent.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of cooling agent; enhanced temperature uniformity of shield surface.
