SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with orientation sensor, amplifier-adder, correcting unit with differential gear and time-delay unit connected in series, logic gates, actuating member with built-in tachogenerator and normally open switch. Memory is connected between switch and amplifier-adder.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy.
