SUBSTANCE: device that has voltage regulator; static converter whose input is connected to voltage regulator output and its output is connected to hydraulic motor and through load-current feedback circuit, to voltage regulator input; and controlled synchronizing master oscillator connected to second input of converter is provided with newly introduced active power sensors, active-power maximum holding circuits, and monostable multivibrator; active-power sensor is inserted between static converter and hydraulic motor and connected through holding circuit to monostable multivibrator whose output is connected to input circuit of controllable synchronizing master oscillator.

EFFECT: reduced acceleration time, enhanced noise immunity, enlarged functional capabilities.
