FIELD: the invention refers to radio-measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: the superhigh frequency has a superhigh frequency generator to whose output a ring bridge is connected with its first arm. The second and the third arms of the ring bridge are connected correspondingly with the first and the second orthogonal feeding points of a microstrip antenna and the fourth arm of the bridge is connected with the input of a block of processing of a reflected signal.

EFFECT: provides position of small local insertions in dielectric articles at increasing the depth of control.
