FIELD: radio communications; communication systems using broadband signals.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has series-connected correlator unit, analog-to-digital converter, random-access memory, multiplier, filter, decision unit, control unit, first pseudorandom sequence generator, correlator, comparison unit, as well as threshold shaper and signal copy generator. Novelty is that newly introduced in device are series-connected processing unit using spin-echo effect, detector, filter, threshold comparison unit, and OR gate whose output is connected to signal copy generator input. First input of spin-effect processing unit is connected to input-device input, second input, to copy generator output, third input, to third output of control unit whose fourth output is connected to second input of OR gate; second input of threshold comparison unit is connected to threshold shaper output.

EFFECT: enhanced speed of device.
