FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: on a transmitting side per clock another information pulse is sent with single amplitude and specified duration. Then two binary pseudorandom sequences (PRS) are generated from a single ensemble with element pulses of single amplitude, from the second PSS a binary pseudorandom numerical sequence (PNS) is formed. Two frequencies with permanent amplitude are generated as distanced at a specified value, the first PRS is multiplied with the information symbol, and the expanding sequence is produced as modulated by it. Simultaneously in accordance with change of numbers in the binary PNS the modulation result is multiplied either with the first frequency, or with the second one. At the same time each phase-manipulated element pulse is coded by one of two frequencies, and a frequency-phase-code-manipulated FPCM noise-like signal is radiated into a communication channel, element pulses of which are frequency-manipulated in compliance with the binary PNS and are phase-manipulated in compliance with the binary PRS.

EFFECT: increased ensemble of low-correlated noise-like signals and number of subscribers in a comparable frequency band with invariable length of binary code sequences.
